Pastor Mike Thomas
My name is Michael Thomas (aka, “Pastor Mike”). I surrendered myself and my sinful lifestyle to God in 1992. I received the precious gift of the Holy Spirit and the promise of eternal life, in the name of Jesus Christ. (Acts 2:38; 2:4)
My wife Pamm and I have been happily married for 31 years. We have four adult children and nine grandchildren. Pamm and I relocated to Greenville, SC in 2008.
I received and accepted God’s calling to ministry in 1993. In 1995, I became a licensed minister. I was officially consecrated an ordained Elder in 2004. I earned my Bachelor of Science Degree in Pastoral Studies from Holmes Bible College, Greenville SC.
I continue to serve the Lord with all my heart. I am a blessed man, Holy Spirit filled, baptized in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ. My faith is grounded in the Holy Bible; God’s instruction manual to His creation.
I love the Word of God (Truth). I love God’s people. I strive to lead others to salvation and righteous living. My lifelong goals are to preach and teach God’s Truth to win souls for Jesus. I hope that by my example of living a Holy life, many sinners will become winners in the Kingdom of God.
I often repeat these words to myself as a reminder, “On Christ the Solid Rock I stand, all other ground is sinking sand.”
First Lady Pammela Thomas
Greetings in the matchless name of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ!
I’m 1st Lady Pamm Thomas of the PrayerWorks Church. In 1978 I was filled with the precious gift of the Holy Ghost, speaking in other tongues as the Spirit of God gave utterance. I was baptized in Jesus name shortly thereafter at Piercing Faith Church in St. Paul, Minnesota, where I continued as a faithful and active member for 30 years.
During that time, as I was being educated in the Word of God, I was also attending the University of Minnesota where I received my B.A. in Sociology. Over the years I did volunteer work as the Administrative Assistant to the Senior and Co-Pastors, Suffragan Bishop Emeritus, AZ Jones, Sr., and Suffragan Bishop & Pastor, AZ Jones Jr., respectively. I also directed the church choir for 21 years.
In 2008 Pastor Thomas and I re-located to Greenville, South Carolina in obedience to the call of God. The premise of our ministry is built upon the Love of God which is shed abroad in our hearts by the Holy Ghost.
